  • OAS Academic Scholarships for undergraduate studies are awarded for the final two academic years of of a bachelor’s degree to citizens/residents of an OAS Member States of the English -speaking Caribbean and Suriname.
  • OAS Scholarship Recipients must agree to return and remain in the sponsoring country for a period of no less than twenty four (24) months after completing the program of study.
  • OAS Scholarship recipients pursuing online studies must agree to remain in the sponsoring country for the same period of time.
  • OAS Staff members, OAS Consultants, Staff members of the Permanent Missions to the OAS, and their relatives are eligible to apply for an Academic Scholarship until after six months from the termination of their employment relationship or contract.
  • Have completed the first two (2) years of the undergraduate degree, or have an Associate’s degree.
  • Have a GPA above the minimum standard required by the university.
  • Copies of the Associate degree diploma, if applicable. For those candidates already enrolled in the Bachelor’s degree program, copy of the high school diploma.
  • Copies of the Associate’s degree transcripts, if applicable. For those candidates already enrolled in the Bachelor’s degree program, latest transcripts from the current program of study.
  • For transfer students: admission letter to program of study to begin in 2026.
  • Selected candidates must be already enrolled in the program of study or have an unconditional admission letter to the university to begin studies between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
