Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: 20 August 2026

This policy explains the main information practices used by ScholarshipFrontier. It is written for the public website and should be reviewed whenever analytics, advertising, newsletter, account or other data-processing services change.

Information you choose to provide

If you use the contact form, ScholarshipFrontier receives the name, email address, message and any URL you choose to include. This information is used to respond, investigate a correction or technical problem, and maintain an appropriate record of the communication. Do not submit passwords, banking details or complete scholarship application files.

Security and technical information

The hosting and WordPress environment may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages, protect the service, diagnose failures and prevent abuse. ScholarshipFrontier’s own scholarship interaction counters are designed around aggregate daily counts rather than a profile of individual scholarship visitors.

External official websites

Scholarship pages link to universities, governments, foundations, research organisations and application portals. When you leave ScholarshipFrontier, the destination operates under its own privacy and cookie practices. ScholarshipFrontier does not control those external systems.

Advertising

ScholarshipFrontier is being prepared for advertising. If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage or other technologies according to their policies and the visitor’s applicable consent choices. Ad serving remains behind ScholarshipFrontier’s own publisher-ID, consent and page-quality gates.

Regional consent

For Google publisher advertising in regions where Google’s consent requirements apply, ScholarshipFrontier requires the configured consent-management gate before ad serving is enabled. Google currently requires a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework when serving personalised ads to users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

Advertising status: Google ad serving is not currently enabled by ScholarshipFrontier. Before regional ad serving that requires consent is activated, the site requires the configured consent-management gate to be confirmed.

Your choices and questions

You may choose not to follow an external application link or use optional contact features. Where a consent-management interface is presented, use its controls to manage the choices it offers. Privacy questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
